About the Role

Nuvosite is looking for an experienced copywriter to join the team. In this cross-functional role, you’ll work with our designers, marketers, and product people to help define our voice and bring it to life for the customer. You will conceive, develop, and produce effective campaigns and content for teams throughout the company. You are as excited to perfect an upsell message as you are to define the messaging for a game-changing product launch.

This is an entirely remote position so you will be working from home. You will need a DSL or Cable internet connection. Standard hours (9-5) however must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule.

  • You will:

    • Create/review copywriting deliverables including: landing page messaging, email copy, in-product messaging, blog posts, social media posts, product marketing materials, and external advertising copy.
    • Translate strategic direction from creative briefs into powerful and impactful communications
    • Refine, document, and champion Nuvosites’s voice and tone
    • Write clear, persuasive, compelling and original copy, headlines, taglines and calls to action to engage with all Nuvosite users.
    • Create/review sample content for all our new Nuvosite website templates and work with our designers to help direct content layout for new templates.
    • Manage multiple projects at once and adjust content according to feedback.
    • Deliver under tight deadlines and with minimal revisions.
    • Collaborate well with Project Managers, Designers, Broadcast and other teams within the company.
    • Understand the user’s perspective and apply it to your content.
  • You have:

    • A four-year degree in advertising, marketing, english, or related field
    • 3+ years of copywriting, conceptualization, editing
    • Creative, design-focused knowledge
    • Experience developing copy/concept of creative from inception through completion
    • Excellent team/collaboration skills
    • A portfolio of work that includes both brand communication and product projects.
  • You are:

    • A passionate writing pro with a proven knack for creating simple, easy-to-understand copy
    • A natural team player who knows how to give and take constructive content feedback
    • A proactive go-getter who loves a good challenge (or three)
    • A critical thinker with both an eye for detail and an awareness of the big picture
    • Passionate about technology and the power of website design
    • A native English speaker
