About the Role

Nuvosite is scaling our CPL program to businesses across America, and we are looking for top sales reps to join our team. If you have a strong Rolodex and/or cold calling and bringing in new business doesn’t scare you, then we want to hear from you.

At Nuvosite you have the opportunity to learn about digital advertising and get into the tech business. This role can work for you whether you are looking to make money in your spare time between gigs or looking at a full-time career. If you can pick things up quickly and are fearless about sales and/or cold calling, we can teach you the rest. We’re looking for people that want the opportunity to make more money selling a high-ticket service and are willing to work hard.

We’re heavily pushing our CPL program (Cost Per Lead) which is a high value option for businesses looking for qualified leads.

A little info about our CPL program

Our cost per lead program is a digital marketing campaign that guarantees our customers a minimum number of leads that fit a criteria defined by them. Instead of merely ensuring a certain number of click and impressions (like SEO & ads would) which does nothing for their business, we offer them guaranteed and qualified leads that are closing at 40%+ rate. Another way to look at it is this. We do all of the marketing, social media marketing, SEO, programmatic ads, remarketing ads, and branding for a company and they only pay us for the qualified leads.

CPL Prices: $50 – $600 per lead depending on the industry (300 lead minimum)

Average CPL Client Spend: $15,000 – $35,000 per month

Average Sales Commission: $1,500 – $8,000 (per month | per customer) Can be as high as $20,000 (per month | per customer)

We’re currently serving the following industries listed below. If you have connections/contacts/pipeline or at the least have a lot of experience in any of these industries, you can do well very quickly.

Dealerships (auto, motorcycle, RV, boat, etc.), Real Estate, Medical, Ecommerce, Banking, Finance, Lenders, Legal, Merchant Services

Even though we’re currently serving these industries, our CPL program works for any business that makes at least $1,000+ on the products they sell. Keep that in mind.

  • You will need to have

    • Ability to sell and/or at least create warm leads for us to close on your behalf
    • 2+ years of experience within a sales or lead generation environment – cold calling, business networking, Business to Business sales, High Ticket sales (Marketing sales is a plus)
    • Energy and a wicked work ethic
    • Ability to think outside the box
    • Fearlessness when it comes to cold calling and sales – ‘Hunter’ mentality in seeking out new business
    • Ability to succeed in a competitive environment
    • Intelligence with ability to learn quickly and a solutions-oriented mindset
    • Self-discipline and the ability to stay focused amongst the chaos
    • A passion for talking to people, understanding their unique business needs, and showing them how to 10X their business
    • Prior success developing new customer relationships in an outbound selling model.
    • You must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • You must be able to clearly articulate Nuvosite’s model, our value proposition, and how we can help our clients.
  • You’ll be working on things like

    • New business development (Prospecting in a B2B environment)
    • Articulate the value proposition of Nuvosite’s Cost Per Lead solution
    • following up with clients on a consistent and scheduled basis to a freakish level. (follow up is how sales are closed)
    • Impacting Nuvosite’s success
    • Helping to make Nuvosite the “go-to” solution for lead generation
    • Walking into customers offices to prospect directly and/or meet them to close sales
    • Identify business opportunities within current client base and upsell
    • Identify business opportunities in new industries and sell to them
    • Build and maintain client relationships and drive new business through referrals from your customers
    • Creating and sending contracts to customers
  • It would be great if you have:

    • Business networking skills
    • Contacts at companies that sell products or services worth 1k+
    • Contacts at companies in the industries we already serve
    • Experience in selling high ticket products 10k+
    • Experience in the digital marketing and/or website design industry
    • Experience selling Business 2 Business products
    • Not fear of cold calling or walking into a business cold if needed.
    • Proficiency using CRM’s like Salesforce or Zoho and tools like Microsoft office, Pandadoc, Slack, etc.
    • Proficiency with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+)
