Yes, you can use your existing domain with Nuvo Mail. You don’t have to buy one but you do have to have one. So if you don’t have a domain to use you’ll need one before you fill out the order form. You can buy a domain from us cheaper than Godaddy. Check out our domains page to get a cheap domain.
When switching to Nuvo Mail from another program or web service, you and your users can bring your existing mail, contacts, and calendar data with you. You have a variety of options for migrating data into Nuvo Mail. All migrations will have to be done manually by you and not all migrations are possible so check in with our support before you purchase Nuvo Mail if you’ll need to migrate your existing data over.
Your email can be accessed using any Smartphone or Tablet. The Nuvo Mail interface is compatible on all major Operating systems such as iOS, Android, Windows Mobile, Symbian and Blackberry. If you use a mail client like Outlook, Firebird, etc. you can access your email on any of the devices that have your mail client setup.
If your organization acquires a new domain name or does business at multiple domains, you can add all your domains to your account at no extra cost. Users can then have identities at one or more of your domains while sharing services as part of a single organization. And you manage your domains from the same Admin console. You add a domain as either a separate domain or domain alias, depending on how you plan to use it.

Unfortunatly, you can’t buy just one email to start. However, you can buy as many more emails as you need one at a time after your first 5. We set it up that way to be more of a solution for growing companies. Because let’s face it even super small companies need more than one email. Look at it this way, with 5 emails on Nuvo Mail it’s still cheaper than 1 email on Google’s G-Suite.

In addition to accessing Nuvo Mail from a web interface (online), you can connect to and send/receive mail from your favorite desktop/mobile email client like Thunderbird, Outlook, Airmail, Protonmail, etc. Depending on the client, you can use either the IMAP or POP mail protocol.
It supports POP and IMAP protocols. You can send and receive emails using any desktop-based email client such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, Eudora, Entourage 2004, Windows Mail, Airmail, etc. We also have a guide on how you can configure different email clients to send/receive emails.
That’s easy, it’s unlimited! You receive unlimited online file storage so you can store as much as you want.
