This form is for monthly website maintenance customers to request edits or updates to their website. You can request edits to design, colors, logo, functionality, font, content, images, add pages, integration, etc. Our designers will use your input on this form to make the changes you want. Any files, content, images, screenshots, or videos required for edits should be uploaded to the form below.
BE AWARE All support calls will be counted against your monthly live support time. Starter plan - 1 hour, Standard plan - 2 hours, and Pro plan - 3 hours. If you submit a maintenance request and anything is unclear about your what you're asking for our developer will call you for clarification and this will not be counted aginst your monthly support call time.
We ask this so our developer can get an idea of what you need and be prepared to better serve your needs on the call.
If you’d like to edit a current popup or add a new one, use this section for that. For new popups please enter all the data entry fields and/or content you'd like as well as the additional form details below. To Edit current popups please select whether you’d like to remove or add fields. To change a field, you must select the “I need to do both” option below then add the form field you want to change to the "Remove field" section. Then add the field you want to the "Add field" section.
Data entry fields are form fields like email, name, phone number, etc. You can add as many fields as you want and make a popup form if you wish.
Add field title and select field type. If you select drop downs, radio buttons or multi-select fields you must provide your options in "Field Options" section. Separate each option with a comma. If you'd like a placeholder in the field put it in the field description section as follows Placeholder - your placeholder. To add more fields click the plus (+) sign to the right.
You can find the popup name by going to your builder and clicking on "Pages" icon in the sidebar. Then while in the pages menu, click on "Popups". This will show you a list of all your popups by name. Choose the one you want to edit and list it here.
If you would like to add or remove any pages from your website, please enter that here. All page content for new pages must be provided in the "Supporting Documentation" section below. Page Content and images for new pages should be uploaded to the “Images, Content and Files assets” section below. All content and image files for new pages must be referenced in this section otherwise the page cannot be created. To remove pages simply list the URL’s of the pages you’d like removed.
You must fill out the page URL, page title, page content file name and image file name fields and upload the content & images below if you'd like the page setup properly. For best results, it's highly recommended to provide a screen capture video and/or screenshots showing how'd you'd like the page laid out.
Please enter URLs for each page you want to be removed. (ex: www.yourdomain.com/your-page) To add additional pages for removal press the + sign to the right.
If you want to integrate any 3rd part tool with your website or would like us to make your website do something specific this is where you would request that. Keep in mind that Nuvo is new so not all tools/platforms will be able to be integrated with Nuvo at the moment but we're always working on new partnerships and integrations.
Does the integration require design work to be useful? For example, integrating an email newsletter might require an email sign up/registration form or pop up, something like that. On the other hand, a heat mapping program would require no design to integrate it.
Keep in mind all design associated with your integration will be done using our builder's built-in design capabilities which are extensive and should meet most needs. However, any custom images/design/coding will need to purchased separately.

To edit current forms please select whether you’d like to add or remove fields and fill out the details accordingly. To change a field, you must select the “I need to do both” option below then add the form field you want to change to the "Remove field" section. Then add the field you want in it's place to the "Add field" section.
To change a field you must add the form field you want to change to the delete field section. Then add the field you want to change it to the new field section.
To remove fields from your form simply list the name of the fields you want to be removed.
Any edits (not listed in the other sections) you’d like made on your website should be listed in the section below. If images, page content, files/pdf’s, screen capture videos or other assets are required to make the edits please reference their file name and upload them to the correct "supporting documentation" section below.
Any maintenance request which does not fall into another area listed on this form should be sent via this general maintenance request. Please be detailed in your request so that we may better handle and solve your issue. Please provide any supporting documentation you can.
If you have an error on your site due to a 3rd party tool integration or you deleted something accidentally or caused an error by changing something or something on your site isn't working right and need it corrected, etc. use this section. It's also highly recommended that you schedule a support call when submitting an error fix or mistake correction request.
Screenshots really help drive home your points so upload any screenshots you've taken below to better illistrate your the edits you're asking for above. If you need an easy to use screenshot tool you can use our favorite screen capture tool Light Shot by either downloading the Lightshot chome extention or downloading the Lightshot desktop version. Make sure all screenshots referenced above are uploaded below before submiting your edit request.

Providing a screen capture video is the best way to communicate more complicated edits or design ideas that don’t come across well in images or text. If you’d like to provide video you can do so by downloading our favorite free video screen capture software from ApowerSoft. Once downloaded, record your video. Once completed, upload your videos in the section below. Make sure to title the video and reference that title in your edits list above.
